Delivery time
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our normal delivery time is 2–10 days. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 days of placing the order. -
Delivery methods
We use reliable and secure delivery methods to ensure your products arrive quickly and in good condition. The delivery method is selected at checkout and will be confirmed in your order confirmation. -
Delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of your order and the delivery location. All delivery costs are clearly shown before you confirm your order, so you know exactly how much the delivery will cost. -
Tracking your delivery
We provide tracking details so you can follow your shipment. You can monitor the progress of your delivery using the tracking information you receive through our online store. -
Damaged or incomplete shipments
If the product you receive is damaged or parts are missing, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the situation and, if necessary, replace or exchange the defective product. -
Uncollected parcels
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the agreed pickup point or receiving the delivery at the provided address within the stated time. If an order is not collected or cannot be delivered and is returned or disposed of by the carrier, the original payment for the order cannot be refunded. Returns and reshipments generate significant costs for us, which we cannot cover for uncollected or undeliverable orders.
When you make a purchase from NapFriends and later decide to return the products, we will refund the price of the products, but the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please make sure before ordering that the product meets your needs to avoid unnecessary returns.

When you make a purchase from the NapFriends online store and later decide to return the products you bought, we will refund you the full price of the products. It is important to note that although we refund the full product price, any original delivery costs will not be refunded. Once a parcel has been shipped, postal and handling costs have already been incurred and cannot be refunded to our online store or the transport company.
NapFriends is a Finnish online store with an office in Vantaa. We market a carefully selected range of products and test everything before bringing it to market. Our products are shipped to customers directly from the manufacturers and we do not store products in intermediate warehouses in the United States. This supply chain allows us to offer competitive prices and fast delivery.
